We want you to love your ritual, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all eligible items within 90 days of the shipping date. Please note that used or opened products must contain at least 50% of their original contents to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your reason for the return and generate a pre-paid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Ritual

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed, and secure the pre-paid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
